Desde la selección del proyecto para participar en Erasmus+ 2015, se ha estado en constante contacto con la Directora de I.S.P. (correo electrónico y llamadas telefónicas) con el objetivo de organizar adecuadamente la actividad formativa que tendrá lugar en Portsmouth.
A lo largo de la semana previa a la movilidad, se ha contactado, mediante correo electrónico, con el coordinador de zona y la profesora del curso. El lunes 3 de agosto el profesorado tendrá una reunión informativa inicial, en Portsmouth, y posteriormente comenzarán las clases.
Por último, se ha contactado con las familias de acogida, vía correo electrónico y telefónicamente.
El profesorado participante, durante el tiempo previo a la movilidad, se ha reunido para organizar el viaje: traslados, previsión de posibles actividades de seguimiento, actividades complementarias para realizar en Portsmouth, firma del compromiso de participación y sugerencias para dar visibilidad al proyecto.
En esta fase inicial también se ha diseñado el logo del proyecto.

Con el objetivo de realizar correctamente las gestiones burocráticas del proyecto, se ha estado en contacto con el SEPIE y se ha participado en el grupo de whatsapp Erasmus+ 2015 de Castilla-La Mancha, siendo de gran utilidad para solucionar los problemas que han ido surgiendo.
PREVIOUS ACTIVITIES
From project selection to participate in Erasmus+ 2015, the coordinatrice has kept in touch with the Director of ISP (Email and phone calls) in order to properly organize the training activity which will take place in Portsmouth.
Throughout the previous week to the mobility, the coordinatrice has contacted by email with the area coordinatrice and the teacher of the course. On Monday 3th August, the teachers are having an initial information meeting in Portsmouth, and then, they are starting the course.
Finally, the coordinatrice has contacted with the host families, via email and telephone.
The partecipating teachers, during the time before the mobility, met to organize the trip: transfers, possible follow-up activities, complementary activities to do in Portsmouth, signing of the participation agreement and suggestions to give visibility to the project.
In this initial phase, the logo of the project has also been designed.
In order to do the bureaucracy of the project, the coordinatrice has been in contact with the SEPIE and has participated in the whatsapp group Erasmus+ 2015 Castilla-La Mancha, being very helpful to solve all the problems.

Dalla selezione dei progetti a àrtecipare al programma Erasmus+ 2015, la coordinatrice è stato in costante contatto con la direttrice di ISP (email e telefonate) al fine di organizzare adeguatamente l'attività di formazione che si svolgerà a Portsmouth.
Durante tutta la settimana prima della mobilità, la coordinatrice ha contattato via e-mail con la coordinatrice di are e l'insegnante del corso. Lunedì 3 agosto, gli insegnanti hanno una rionione informativa iniziale a Portsmouth, e poi inizieranno le lezioni.
Per ultimo, la coordinatrice a contattato con le famiglie ospitanti, via e-mail e telefono.
Gli insegnanti partecipanti, nel tempo prima della mobilità, si sono incontrati per organizzare il viaggio: trasferimenti, possibili attività di controllo, le attività complementari da effettuare a Portsmouth, firma di impegno a partecipare e suggerimenti per dare visibilità al progetto.
In questa fase iniziale, se è disegnato il logotipo del progetto.
Per fare correttamente la burocrazia del progetto, la coordinatrice a stato in contatto con il SEPIE e ha partecipato nel gruppo si whatsapp Erasmus+ 2015 Castilla-La Mancha, essendo molto utile per risolvere i problemi che ci sono stati.

Tout au long de la semaine précédant la mobilité, on a contacté par email, avec la coordinatrice de la zone et la professeur du cours. Le lundi 3 Août, les enseignants ont une réunion d'information initiale à Portsmouth, puis, ils commenceront les classes.
Finalement, on a contacté avec des familles d'accueil, par email et par téléphone.
